About Yodal

Yodal is building infrastructure for generation-moment attribution.

The opportunity

The transaction layer for AI/creator economics

Generative AI has created the largest unpriced market in creative history. Yodal is building the infrastructure to price it — a neutral measurement layer that neither side controls.

The status

Early stage, technical founders

Attribution engine in development. Delaware C-corp. Boulder, Colorado.

The thesis

Markets need price signals

Litigation can't scale. Lump sums misprice. Post-hoc detection measures resemblance, not contribution. The architecture we're building provides the signal that's missing.

How Yodal works

Three steps from generation to transaction.

01

Measure

Attribution engine runs at generation time. Identifies likely candidate sources from a registry of works.

02

Match

If a rightsholder's work likely contributed, the system checks whether the developer has opted in to that rightsholder's terms.

03

Transact

If terms are met, the license executes automatically. Yodal takes a transaction fee. Payment flows to the rightsholder.
